MedZee is a technology platform that offers digital solutions for the healthcare ecosystem, including management tools, communication systems, electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, and telemedicine resources.

By accessing or using the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

The healthcare professional is solely responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and guidance provided to patients.

Patients may use the platform to:

• Follow scheduled consultations
• Access issued medical documents
• View information related to their care
• Interact with healthcare professionals through the available tools

Information provided by the patient must be truthful and complete.

Authorized operational users may use the platform to assist in the administrative management of clinics or healthcare professionals, including:

• Schedule management
• Appointment confirmations
• Initial patient assistance
• Use of CRM and communication tools

These users operate under the responsibility of the healthcare professional or organization that authorized them.

8. Telemedicine

The MedZee platform may provide technological resources that enable medical consultations through telemedicine.

MedZee acts exclusively as a provider of technological infrastructure and is not responsible for the direct provision of medical services.

Responsibility for conducting the consultation, clinical evaluation, and medical decisions lies exclusively with the healthcare professional.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The platform may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist in certain functionalities, including:

• Consultation transcription
• Organization of clinical information
• Automation of initial interactions with patients
• Assisted generation of medical records

These tools are exclusively assistive and do not replace the clinical judgment or professional decision of the physician.

The platform may integrate with communication services, including instant messaging and service automation, to facilitate interaction between users.

Certain interactions may be carried out by automated systems or assisted by artificial intelligence.

11. Payments and Transactions

Some functionalities of the platform may involve financial transactions.

To enable these operations, MedZee uses the ZEEPAY payment system, operated by the company registered under CNPJ 65.650.690/0001-70.

Applicable values, payment methods, and commercial conditions may be informed directly on the platform or in specific contracts.

12. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, the user agrees to:

• Use the platform in a lawful and ethical manner
• Provide truthful information
• Respect the rules applicable to medical practice
• Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

13. Platform Limitations

MedZee provides technological infrastructure intended to facilitate management and communication within the healthcare ecosystem.

The platform does not replace in-person medical evaluation when necessary and is not responsible for clinical decisions made by healthcare professionals.

13.1 Platform Availability

MedZee makes efforts to keep the platform continuously and securely available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, infrastructure failures, or external factors beyond the company's control.

In such situations, MedZee will seek to restore the operation of the platform as soon as possible.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the MedZee platform, including software, design, logos, and functionalities, belong to Erde Enterprise.

Reproduction, modification, or distribution of the platform without prior authorization is prohibited.

15. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

MedZee may suspend or terminate user accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Use the platform in a fraudulent manner
• Cause harm to the platform or other users

16. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court of the district of Goiânia – GO, unless otherwise required by law.
